It provides a secure online account that allows you to store important information about family members, travel / holiday details and important personal / home information. Each family gets a unique ID number which allows them to access this information from anywhere in the world, either on line or via a help line.
A Family ID on a wristband or wallet card can help a lost or injured child, or any other family member such as a grandparent or a vulnerable teenager. And using an ID to access a family account can be of real benefit, whether canceling cards or phones on holiday, seeking assistance at the roadside or simple remembering important birthdays.
